A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

How to merge pdf

Combine reports, application documents, or scanned pages into one easy-to-share PDF.

  1. Choose two or more PDF files.
  2. Drag files into order, or use the move buttons.
  3. Merge your files and download the combined PDF.

A practical example

Combine a cover letter, CV, and certificates in that order. If one source includes extra pages, extract the pages you need before merging.

Questions about merge pdf

Can I change the order of merged PDF files?

Yes. Move the files in the list before merging. Every page from the first file is followed by every page from the next file. To mix individual pages, merge first and then use Organize PDF.

Will merging make a PDF smaller?

Merging combines pages; it is not a compression tool. The output size depends on the source PDFs. Open the result and check its page order, images, and forms before sending it.

Does this change my original file?

No. Merge PDF creates a new downloadable file. The original on your device remains unchanged.

What should I do if processing fails?

Try fewer pages or a smaller file. Open the PDF in a trusted PDF editor to check for damage or encryption. Password-protected files must first be exported using the valid password. Bookmarks, signatures, and interactive forms may not survive merging. Check the downloaded document before sharing.

Will my files be saved here?

Working files are held in browser memory. Use Start over or close the tab to release the working state. Downloads remain on your device; this site cannot delete them.
